Portugal · Spain
The Portuguese Way from Porto to Santiago de Compostela - about 275 km walked. Where it all began: a Canadian pilgrim and two German brothers met at Macedo's Bar in São Pedro de Rates after the second day’s walk, and decided to walk on together.

Spain
The French Way from León to Finisterre - about 285 km walked, with a bus hop from Sarria to Santiago. The reunion camino after two years of Covid: just Mike and Nicki on the trail, with Dennis waiting at the end in Germany.

Germany
The Rhine Trail from Biebrich Castle to Sayn - 195 km along the Rhine. Dennis is back: all three brothers together, starting at Dennis's house. Castles, vineyards and the Lorelei gorge all along the way.

Portugal · Spain
The Portuguese Way again - this time the Spiritual Variant, and on past Santiago to Finisterre. 325 km walked, a surprise visit from Mike's daughter, and a return to the bar where it all began.

Portugal
The island week - one base in Funchal, a rental car, and a new levada walk every day. The brothers' first camino that wasn't point to point - on an island barely a 7th the size of Mike's PEI, with twice the people.

Germany · Austria
Three pilgrim trails stitched into one - Munich to Innsbruck, about 176 km walked. Mike and Nicki only; Dennis sat this one out. Nicki stitched the route together from the Southeast Bavarian, Munich and Tyrol pilgrim trails.

France · Spain
Two trails, one summer - the Camino del Norte from Irun, then the Francés from Ponferrada to Santiago. Mike and Nicki, with one night in tents along the way - more like glamping, though.

Austria · Italy · Germany
Lofer to St. Christoph through Tyrol, then trains to Bolzano and Munich - the hardest camino yet, by their own verdict. Dennis joined for the first week, and Mike met Nicki’s mother Regina for the first time along the way.
